The site describes our services in general terms. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice for your situation, and examples on the site (including scripted example calls and the call estimate) are illustrations, not promises.

Call audits, proposals and agreements

The free call audit carries no obligation. Sending a form or booking an audit doesn't create a client relationship. Every project is scoped and quoted individually: after the audit or a first consultation we send a written proposal, and your scope, price and terms are set in a written agreement before any work starts. If the site and your agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Prices

Prices on this site are indicative ranges, not fixed rates or offers. Your price is set in your written proposal and agreement, which list setup, monthly management, usage and third-party costs separately. Unless your agreement says otherwise, third-party software or services you choose to add are billed by their vendor directly to you.

AI systems

AI systems can make mistakes. We don't guarantee that AI output will always be accurate or complete, and we don't promise a revenue result. The safeguards described on this site (allergen hand-offs to your staff, AI disclosure on calls, approval before public replies, staff takeover) are how we set up systems. Your service agreement sets the exact rules for your install.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping that disrupts it, no attempts to break its security, and no false information in forms.

Equipment

Restaurant equipment is sold by Renovate Group, Inc. at renovateref.com, under its own terms.

Third-party products

Toast, Square, Clover, OpenTable, Resy and other products named on this site belong to their owners. Their terms apply to your use of them, and you own your accounts with them.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to Renovate Group, Inc. Deliverables we build for you are covered by your agreement.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on it.

Law

New Jersey law governs these terms, and the courts of New Jersey have jurisdiction.
