Renovate AI Receptionist
Pick up the calls your staff can't.
It answers the routine calls during service and after close, takes reservation and callback requests, and passes the rest to a person. You hear it on a separate number before any guest does.
$499–$899 a monthIndicative, per location

AI solutions tailored to your business.
No two hospitality businesses operate the same way. Our solutions are customized to your business size, operational needs, call volume, service hours, locations and the complexity of the work involved.
Indicative range: $499–$899 a month per location
Ranges are indicative, not fixed rates. Your price, scope and terms are set in a written proposal after your call audit or assessment.
What shapes the price
- Business size and number of locations
- Call volume and operating hours
- The AI services and workflows you need
- Setup and integration complexity
- Implementation work and ongoing support
What a proposal covers
- Setup: a one-time fee for building, testing and launch, quoted in your proposal
- Monthly management: running, monitoring and improving the service
- Usage: phone and AI usage costs, billed as your proposal sets out
- Third-party subscriptions: your POS, reservation and other software stay with those providers and bill you directly
Every setup includes testing on a separate number, call summaries, hand-offs to your staff and a monthly review.
Whether you run a neighborhood café, a busy restaurant, a bar or several locations, we assess how you work today and recommend the right solution.

How the pilot runs
Your main number doesn't change until you decide it should.
Free call audit
We look at when your calls come in, how you take bookings today and which calls matter most. Your 1-page report follows within 3 business days.
Build on a separate number
We set the Receptionist up with your menu, hours and rules on its own phone number. You and your staff call it and try to trip it up. Tested on a separate line first.
Tune and decide
We go through the test calls with you and adjust its answers. Then you choose: forward calls when the line is busy, after close, or not at all. Terms set in your written proposal.
Run it monthly
We check the calls, fix what's off and send a monthly report: calls answered, requests taken and hand-offs to staff.
Good fit, and not yet
A good fit if
- You run an independent restaurant with 1 to 5 locations
- You miss calls during service or after close
- You take reservations or large-party inquiries by phone
- You want someone local to set it up and answer for it
Not a fit yet if
- You need it to take card payments
- Most of your calls are takeout orders that must go straight into your POS (not offered yet)
- You want a guaranteed revenue figure before you start
What we need from you
- Your menu, hours and booking rules
- Who takes hand-offs, and when
- Access to your phone provider's call-forwarding settings
- Two short calls: a kickoff, and a review before anything reaches a guest
It never tells a caller a dish is safe for an allergy. Those calls go to your staff.
It says it's an AI at the start of every call, and that the call may be recorded.
It doesn't take card payments.
It isn't an emergency line.
It transfers calls to your staff on the rules you set, and you can switch it off at any time.
Questions
Will the AI tell a guest a dish is safe for their allergy?
No. It never confirms allergen safety. Every allergy question goes to your staff, and if no one picks up, your manager gets a callback request.
Do callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every call, and that the call may be recorded.
Are calls recorded?
Calls can be recorded so you can review them and so we can tune the setup. Callers are told at the start of each call. Recordings belong to you under your agreement.
Which languages does it speak?
English, at launch. We add another language only after testing it on 20 calls, hand-offs included.
Can it book straight into Resy, OpenTable or SevenRooms?
It takes reservation requests and sends them to your host. Booking directly into a reservation system depends on what that platform allows, and the audit tells you what's possible for your setup.
Does it work with my POS?
It works alongside Toast, Square and Clover. It doesn't need access to your POS to answer calls. Deeper connections depend on each platform, and we only promise the ones we've tested.
What if it says something wrong?
Tell us and we correct the answer within 1 business day. It answers only from facts you approve and hands off anything outside them, and we go through calls with you every month.
Can my staff take over?
It transfers calls to your staff on the rules you set, for example allergy questions, large parties and complaints. You can switch it off at any time.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Terms are part of your written proposal, set to your business after the audit. Founding restaurants commit to 3 months after go-live.
